Abstract

The purpose behind conducting this study was to anticipate the difference in the quality of peer evaluations done in organizations due to the demographic differences among employees. Statistics about the study has been conducted through questionnaires filled by employees of the organizations where the famous three-hundred- and sixty-degree appraisal method is used. The findings have concluded the significant difference in the quality of peer evaluations due to the demographic differences specifically age, gender and ethnicity. The results have been concluded by the mean of Independent T test and One-way ANOVA. However, the study is only focused to find out if there is any difference. The study does not contain any recommendations by which the differences can be eliminated. Furthermore, the findings can be practically implied in the organizations where the three sixty-degree method is used, and it can also help in the theoretical implementations by raising the sprints bent in the team work.
